Hardware We procure and install hardware systems and components as needed. We purchase systems that use standard off-the-shelf components so they can be easily replaced if needed. Some of our customers purchase name brand computers such as Dell, Gateway, HP, etc. and have them delivered directly to your facility. We will provide advice on what to purchase and set up the equipment when delivered. Workstation Operating System Improper deployment of workstations could reduce productivity due to the changes in the environment. We can deploy the software around the employee's schedule to minimize problems, as well as provide training on the necessary components at the same time. This will reduce confusion and will streamline the entire process. In addition, basic training on how to navigate the desktop can be provided to the time of deployment. The following services are supported: Standard Applications We fully support Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and FrontPage. Also, we support most commonly used virus protection programs in addition to several Free virus protection strategies.
