| Outlook is part of the Microsoft suite used to read email. Its capabilities include sending email, receiving email, organizing email, maintaining a contact list, calendar, journal, notes, and tasks. Using features such as Rules and Organizer can process email and automatically place it in folders, as well as change the colors of email based on priority. There are also sending options that allow you to receive a message if the receiver reads your email. Very advanced features can even recall a message if you send it by mistake. |
